Orders and Delivery Process

Every Stince Built PC is hand assembled with care. Due to current PC components scene, most custom systems will take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to assemble and deliver to clients. All quoted system times in your invoice are accurate at time of quote when an invoice is emailed and if a system is going to take longer, a customer service member from StinceBuilt.com will reach out! All other website orders are dated on the system page or are 2-3 weeks. Some systems including those with custom components or hard to source components may take up to 6 weeks to complete, and our team will keep in touch with clients as those requests from clients come in.

You can email your invoice or order email for updates on your order. Once your order is completed, you will receive a email with shipping and tracking information!

Returns & Warranty

Every Stince Built PC comes with a 1 year labor warranty. All components that are installed come with the manufacturer’s warranty. Stince Built’s warranty covers labor costs and tech support. All clients will be responsible for the cost of shipping the PC, or parts to and from our location if a defect is present, or we can walk through the swap of any parts. This Warranty does not cover damage or defects that includes but not limited to, normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, accident, or failure to perform preventive maintenance.

If any issues do arise, we will work with you to get them resolved. All sales are final, but we will make sure your PC is running in tip-top shape!

Labor and shipping are non-refundable services. Refunds are only issued for components, less a 10% restocking fee. Any damaged goods due to a packing or mishandling error are deducted from the total refund as well. We do not accept returns on HWID banned systems due to cheats. Our return policy is valid for 14 days after delivery date.
